Every independent contractor’s circumstances are different. Whether you need straightforward payroll administration, tax support, company-based contracting or international payments, Labrico provides flexible support built around the way you work.

Some contractors simply need help with invoicing and monthly payment administration. Others require tax support, operate through their own company, work across multiple projects or need their earnings transferred internationally.
That’s why Labrico doesn’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Our administration fees work on a sliding scale based on the level of service you require, allowing you to choose the support that suits your contracting structure and budget.
All indicative fees below include VAT.
Essential Payroll
Approximately R2,000 – R2,500 / month
Simple payroll administration without the unnecessary extras.
Ideal for independent contractors who already have their own tax practitioner and simply want Labrico to take care of their monthly administration.
Includes:
- Monthly invoicing and quotations where required
- Payment processing
- Fee slips
- General administration between you and the end client
- Payroll-related administration
You continue managing your tax affairs with your own tax practitioner while we take care of the payroll side.
Best suited to: Contractors looking for straightforward, cost-effective payroll administration.
Payroll + Tax
Approximately R3,000 – R3,500 / month
Payroll administration with the added support of our tax team.
This option combines Labrico’s payroll administration with professional tax assistance, giving you one team to help manage both sides of your contracting income.
Our tax team can assist with developing an appropriate salary and tax structure based on your circumstances, including legitimate business expenses and deductions while ensuring appropriate provision is made for your tax obligations.
Subject to receiving the necessary information and supporting documentation, our tax team can also assist with the preparation and submission of applicable tax returns.
Best suited to: Contractors who prefer one solution for both payroll administration and tax requirements.
Company Contractors
Approximately R2,500 – R3,500 / month
Contract through your company without all the administrative hassle.
Designed for independent contractors who operate through their own registered company and require contract income to be paid into their business bank account.
This is particularly useful for consultants working across multiple projects or clients.
Includes:
- Contract and client invoicing
- Payment administration
- Payroll-related contract administration
- Coordination with your nominated bookkeeper or tax practitioner where required
Additional bookkeeping, accounting and specialist tax services can be arranged separately where required.
Best suited to: Contractors operating through registered companies or working across multiple projects.
International Contractors
From approximately R5,500 / month
Specialist support for contractors working across borders.
Designed for contractors working abroad or requiring their contract income to be transferred to an international bank account.
Includes:
- Contract invoicing
- Payment processing
- International payment administration
- Supporting documentation required to facilitate payment
Because international arrangements vary according to destination country, currency, banking requirements and the complexity of the engagement, each arrangement is individually assessed and quoted.
Best suited to: Contractors working internationally or requiring cross-border payments.
International banking charges, foreign exchange costs and other third-party charges may apply.

Consultations from approximately R1,000
Not every contracting arrangement fits neatly into a standard service option. You may operate through a company, work across multiple projects, require tax assistance and need international payment support.
We’ll assess your contracting structure, payment requirements, payroll administration and tax needs before recommending the most appropriate solution.
Following your consultation, you’ll receive a tailored service offering and quotation.
If you proceed with Labrico following your consultation, the consultation fee may, at management’s discretion, be credited towards your first administration fee.
Your administration fee may be tax deductible.
Where permitted under applicable tax legislation, Labrico’s administration fee may be claimed as a business-related expense when completing your annual tax return, potentially reducing the effective cost of using our services.
Your individual circumstances should always be confirmed with your tax practitioner or our tax team.
